We guarantee to deliver on time - every time.

In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of an item, we guarantee to call you within 48 hours of your order and offer you an alternative product or delivery time.

Our carriage charges are as follows:

• Fixed Delivery Charge on all orders to UK mainland (excluding Islands & Highlands).
• Standard (Mainland UK) - £8.99 ex VAT
• Free Shipping on orders over £200.00 ex VAT (excluding Offshore listed below)
• Offshore (Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands etc) - can vary dependent on the weight of your order.

Returns policy

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all purchases. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, the goods may be returned to us but need to be in their original condition, original packaging, along with the invoice.

Please note that some of the larger commercial and industrial equipment may be subject to a re-stocking charge.

Note that return costs are the customers responsibility, unless the customer has received the wrong product, or if the goods are damaged upon return. Refunds on returned purchases are typically processed on the same day that returned goods are received, following inspection.

Should you prefer we will Pro-forma the invoice on receipt of order. Payment should be made by Bank Transfer to the account details below. We do not accept cheques for pro-forma payments.

Credit facilities are available to Local Authorities, Prison and Charities who submit a purchase order number. Account facilities are available for regular ordering, following completion of our account application form which will be forwarded to you.
